What To Bring To Your Appointment

Once you have requested your appointment, you will need to prepare.

You will need the following:

  • A valid, government issued photo ID.
  • The document(s) that require notarization.
  • Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature (do not sign the document until we meet)
  • Be advised that some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization.

Acceptable Forms Of Identification

  1. State-Issued Driver’s License: A valid Florida driver’s license or any other U.S. State driver’s license.
  2. U.S. Passport: A current U.S. passport.
  3. State-Issued ID Card: A valid state-issued identification card from any U.S. State.
  4. Military ID: A current U.S. military identification card.

The ID must be government-issued, contain a photograph, and be current and valid.
